Typically when you consider things like this you think engraving but that’s not always the case. Yes we do engraved plaques and awards but we do so much more. As an example we can use a process such as sublimation, where a special ink passes through an inkjet printer or a color ribbon printer onto regular paper. Then the printed image is heat-transferred onto the substrate surface. The ink actually becomes a gas and permeates into the item.
